Teaching Leaders to Coach

This coaching program is designed for anyone who wants to serve as an internal coach, including HR professionals and organizational leaders. The 3-day program is followed by a one-day follow-up practicum/supervisory session that reinforces learning and the application of new skills. Launched in 2007, the course has received rave reviews and can be customized.

Teaching Leaders to Coach is an action-oriented learning lab where participants gain insights into coaching models and practices, enhance and develop skills specific to the coaching process, learn to use a variety of coaching tools, and practice within a supportive framework of colleagues and experienced facilitators/coaches.

LDG is pleased to announce our strategic partnership with Scitrain, a scientific assessment and training firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio and Bamberg, Germany. Our intent is to provide world class leadership assessment and development services through Scitrain's™ innovative leadership assessment technology and LDG's™ experienced leadership coaching.

The focus of our professional partnership is the Leadership Potential Center (LPC), a powerful tool for leadership development that utilities technology and coaching to assess leadership competencies provide powerful feedback, plan for development and support ongoing learning and the integration of new skills.

The Workplace Big Five Team Retreats

Recognizing, valuing and utilizing the personality differences and similarities within intact work teams strengthens performances and dramatically improves results. The WPB5 is the most user-friendly instrument assessing work related personality capabilities. Based on the most recent research in personality, the WPB5 provides individual data on 5 traits and 24 sub-traits.

Through examples, reflection, discussion and exercises, indiviuals and teams recognize the strengths and weaknesses of their natural styles. By learning to capitalize on and appreciating the differences in others' styles, teams leverage skills and talents.

In addition to team retreats, other applications for this in-depth tool include career planning, leadership development, learning style identification and competency assessment.
